Eric & Andrew | Parameter Coffee

What began as a passion project for neighbors Eric and Andrew has grown into Parameter Coffee—a resident-run pop-up held in Eric’s driveway, where thoughtfully crafted coffee becomes an excuse to slow down, step outside, and connect.

People come for the coffee, but they stay for the conversations. It’s where familiar faces become friends, newcomers are welcomed in, and a simple cup of coffee creates space for genuine connection.

To me, Parameter Coffee represents something special about 3Roots in Sorrento Mesa. It’s a reflection of neighbors who generously share their passions, create spaces for connection, and make everyday moments feel a little more meaningful.

If you’d like to catch their next neighborhood pop-up, be sure to follow Parameter Coffee on Instagram for upcoming dates and locations.

Planning a gathering of your own? Eric and Andrew also bring their handcrafted coffee experience to private events and catering.

Help Shape Soom Stories

Soom Stories celebrates the people whose kindness, creativity, and generosity help our communities thrive. If you know a neighbor, volunteer, creator, or small business owner who makes San Diego feel more connected, I’d love the introduction.
