Letting Go of Clutter

With Earth Day this month (April 22), it’s the perfect reminder to refresh our spaces, clear out what’s no longer serving us, and make room for growth—both in our homes and in our lives.

Sometimes our minds, like our homes, can feel cluttered. Holding onto every thought, expectation, or habit can make it hard to feel calm and focused. Letting go doesn’t mean ignoring or forgetting—it means noticing, accepting, and creating room for what matters.

So now the tricky part… how do we actually practice this? Here’s a flow I find useful to help shift my perspective over time, creating more room—both mentally and physically—for growth and new possibilities.
